just to speak to your concerns <br/>
i will give you my second hand impressions anyway<br/>
of how closely guarded those borders actually were as<br/>
of a few years ago at least<br/>
when the only reported visits were tried<br/>
<br/>
several detachments of fairly officious border guards<br/>
were encountered in the fairly immediate tripoint<br/>
areas<br/>
even preventing photography in one case<br/>
yikes <br/>
as well as being generally ominous<br/>
& whats worse<br/>
possibly even providing wrong tripointing info too<br/>
hahaha<br/>

& this was even before the european union border had<br/>
arrived<br/>
<br/>
but some friendly & helpful guards were reported<br/>
thereabouts too <br/>
so you never know<br/>
<br/>
or rather you can be sure you will attract the company<br/>
that best matches your own vibe<br/>
since birds of a feather do flock together<br/>
<br/>
but i suspect such events are rather fortuitous &<br/>
unpredictable anyway<br/>
especially since all the immediate triareas are<br/>
situated in at least somewhat remote locations<br/>
<br/>
so if you do your homework & plan your approaches to<br/>
avoid any obvious control or choke points<br/>
my guess is you may come & go to all these locations<br/>
unobserved & in total solitude<br/>

but even if you are discovered <br/>
wandering around anywhere unrestricted within the<br/>
european union <br/>
i think it would still be no problem provided you have<br/>
the correct paperwork<br/>
which i just assume you do <br/>
or would have<br/>

of course be very circumspect about being observed<br/>
while making unpapered encroachments outside the<br/>
european union<br/>
such as when wading out to bag a tripoint<br/>
<br/>
but actually this might be more of a problem in a<br/>
place like czdepl than at bylvru or eelvru<br/>
just because it is more open country there as well as<br/>
not nearly so remote<br/>

of course getting arrested after youve bagged your<br/>
point is usually entirely acceptable<br/>

unless you are caught with a lot of drugs or something<br/>
<br/>
border jail doesnt usually last long<br/>
<br/>
but getting stopped or busted on the way to the target<br/>
is what is to be most particularly avoided<br/>

finally<br/>
