http://home.worldonline.dk/jesniel/border/african_tripoints.htm#cftdsd
description from brownlie
about 2 thirds of the way down the page
under central african republic chad sudan
makes it clear this tripoint would be hard to find
even under the best of circumstances

& it has proved essentially elusive so far in any case

encarta shows the mentioned nzili & identifies the
westward flowing stream as bahr aouk
& even shows a road crossing the cftd border about a
kilometer west of the tripoint
hopefully here if it is working
http://encarta.msn.com/encnet/features/mapcenter/map.aspx?TextLatitude=9.86024557381537&TextLongitude=20.8421922989457&TextAltitude=6&TextSelectedEntity=1750&SearchEnc=false&MapStyle=Comprehensive&MapSize=Medium&MapStyleSelectedIndex=0&searchTextMap=nzili&MapStylesList=Comprehensive&ZoomOnMapClickCheck=on

ibs numbers 15 & 16 & 83 & their maps all add various
other data too
http://www.law.fsu.edu/library/collection/LimitsinSeas/numericalibs-template.html

but none of these or any of the other nearby place
names produce any pix at google
tho of course you can get the usual satpic

which is worth a few more zooms if you can keep your
eye on the spot after the borders vanish

but thats about it

terra totally incognita

so i guess thats nonessential enough to suspend now
unless you can come up with anything better
