yesterday while i was immersed in the delaware<br/>
seeking evidence of a lost njpa condo & trilines<br/>
the stroke of midnight slipped by unnoticed on the<br/>
message board<br/>
without a single bp post from anyone all day<br/>
for the first time since september 3<br/>
<br/>
so our record breaking streak has finally come to an<br/>
end at 113 straight<br/>

which btw more than doubles the already impossible<br/>
mark set by joe dimaggio himself<br/>
who batted safely in only 56 straight<br/>
you may recall<br/>
tho it still falls far short of cal ripkens 2632<br/>
consecutive games played<br/>

happily still some ways to go there yet<br/>
<br/>
& fortunately too<br/>
i see even tho boundarypoint was at long last quiet<br/>
for the day<br/>
there was a post at borderpoint yesterday the 26th<br/>
& a nice multidimensional one at that<br/>
so our combined bpbp multidominium continuum is still<br/>
alive & well today<br/>
at 114 straight days & i trust growing<br/>

hypothesis<br/>
in morning light<br/>

if<br/>
as i now believe<br/>
the njpa part of the river & bed & any islands formed<br/>
after the 1786 allocation are all condo<br/>
unless & until they too got or get legally allocated<br/>
& since the 89 islands named in the 1783 & 1786<br/>
compacts are all either nj or pa by law<br/>
& thus as i also believe semi exclaves<br/>
then<br/>
each of these original named islands must have a<br/>
condominial back channel behind it<br/>
where the possibility at least exists that the shared<br/>
jurisdiction of the opposite state intervenes<br/>

if indeed i have got it all right now<br/>
then the shape of the condo is a mostly or entirely<br/>
wet ribbon with 89 named dry holes in it<br/>

finally<br/>
how the njnypa tri states monument can be on such<br/>
normally high dry ground & still mark a corner of this<br/>
hypothetical normally wet condo remains a bit of a<br/>
mystery<br/>
