& who knows if the solstice point is defined more<br/>
exactly anywhere than just 135 pm est besides<br/>
for youd think we of all people would want to nail it<br/>
at least down to the correct minute <br/>
a n d <br/>
the correct second too if possible <br/>
not to think of the correct decimal places<br/>
b u t<br/>
at roughly the here & now as i post this<br/>
i am simultaneously wishing you all a happy natural<br/>
new year<br/>
& in due time<br/>
the happy cultural new year of your choice as well<br/>

or of your choices if more than one<br/>

now hows that for political as well as chronometric<br/>
correctness<br/>

& as for my global consensus new years 2006 bp<br/>
inaugural tour this year<br/>
which will begin as soon after the stroke of<br/>
calendrical new years as possible <br/>
as usual<br/>

i have fortunately already located a state route 2006<br/>
that i can be headed for at that time<br/>
so as to read the years bp omens & portents<br/>

& it is happily much closer at hand this year than<br/>
texas<br/>
where you may recall we first met bp inaugurals in<br/>
2004 at a bp refinery on farm road 2004<br/>
& verba lee truett etc etc at the start of 2005 & farm<br/>
road 2005<br/>
while on multipointing expeditions of course<br/>
as most recently reported in<br/>
