when this article begins by saying
all countries are required to submit to the united nations before 2009 their maritime
border demarcation
it is already specifically mistaken at least 2 or 3 times
not to mention where it subsequently wanders from there
so i have no idea what it means or even seems to mean
but
certainly no demarcation is required
& no tripoint markers are expressed or implied by any of this
so far as i can tell
