island in Israel
Does anyone have information about the ‘ Island of Peace ’, which is said to be territorially under the sovereignty of Jordan but is located in Israel ? It is near the tripoint of Israel , Jordan and Syria . I’m heading over there in March and am preparing for my trip by learning about these places in detail. I’ ve seen slides from the island but wasn’t able to grasp the border situation there. Is it truly an enclave? Any pictures, articles, or other information would be greatly appreciated.
