It’s interesting that I cannot find a single Greek reference to bggrtr. I would have thought that any combination of Greece, Turkey, Bulgaria, Kavak, Evros, the name of the Greek minister who were at the new monument, in English and in Greek would bring up something. But none.
And even tried combining with site:gr which should only search sites in Greece .
Classified information? Odd!

re bggrtr
lovely
thanx
& heres a try for the greek word for poplar
which you may recall is what kavak means in
turkish &
or bulgarian
http://www.perseus.tufts.edu/cgi-bin/enggreek?lang=greek&lookup=poplar&type=begin&options=Sort+Results+Alphabetically&.submit=Do+Search
evidently 9 ways to say it in greek
perhaps not unlike english aspen cottonwood
lombardy
etc etc
but it may still require someone like lowell or
hugh
to properly ellenicize them all
it may also be significant that i recognize the
2nd &
3rd & 6th items as the classical words for
various
poplars
so these could be the likeliest 3 of all to try
searching with
all the others being perhaps just derivative
btw every e is an epsilon & only the o with
the hat is
an omega
