nor can it legally be
let alone overlapped by the claims of several
hahaha
the surrounding seabed perhaps
but no known point to claiming rockall at all in any language
perhaps if you had an island under a real multidimensional claim
like bajo nuevo or serranilla
or even just the mere obelisk rising from louisa reef in the spratlys
then youd at least have something of a multiplace there on rockall
but still no multipointing in sight there even yet
