but if you mean the buoy & or geoposition mentioned on<br/>
page 58<br/>
then these do indeed appear to refer to a prospective<br/>
binational quadripoint<br/>
of the ru&ua territorial seas & the ru&ua eezs<br/>

but the difficulty is that the buoy & geoposition are<br/>
at 2 very different locations <br/>
& reconciling them is apparently the better part of<br/>
the dispute in court<br/>
