thanx lucas

not sure what point you are referring to if any
but if you mean the buoy & or geoposition mentioned on
page 58
then these do indeed appear to refer to a prospective
binational quadripoint
of the ru&ua territorial seas & the ru&ua eezs

but the difficulty is that the buoy & geoposition are
at 2 very different locations
& reconciling them is apparently the better part of
the dispute in court

the border base area in question is shown here
http://maps.google.com/maps?ll=45.134583,29.789429&spn=.970023,1.928238&hl=en
if correctly captured
& if you switch to the satpic there
the mentioned ukrainian owned serpents island is
barely visible
til you zoom in further
http://maps.google.com/maps?ll=45.251312,30.198669&spn=0.042971,0.060257&t=k&hl=en
& lost at sea til you then zoom all the way back out
just to see where youve been

what fun if i got them right

but anyway
an earlier quadrinational megapoint hopeful in this
area was advanced & cheered & finally discarded in the
message sequence 4195 4199 4216 4226
but especially
