eggzil or egilps
if thats what she would be called
is becoming a greater world class probability with
every passing day
& may even now be the present leader in the new
tripoint derby

but she is known to be a slow finisher
hahaha
if not an outright nag
so i would still offer 6 to 1 odds against her coming
in first even at this point

& that could be quite a bargain

also appropos
i was most interested & frankly shocked to find
venezuela ranking far higher than bolivia in the
failed states index
so i think an independent zulia & her prospective
covezu tripoint may be the actual front runner at this
point by about 7 to 2
while the bolivian probabilities need to be tweaked
back
at least until the autonomy referenda on august 12
to variously 4 to 1 or 5 to 1

& remember
for your bet to count
you need to place it at least 30 days in advance of
the actual admission of the winning country to the
united nations general assembly
