fresh bolivia analysis
especially
http://www.pinr.com/report.php?ac=view_report&report_id=314&language_id=1
as well as
http://www.counterpunch.org/hylton06142005.html
substantially support the tripoint guesses & tries
recently made in
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/BoundaryPoint/message/17863
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/BoundaryPoint/message/17864
& improve the oddsgiving for the santa cruz prospects
to about 7 to 3

but neither analysis mentions the fact that the
national elections
which are constitutionally mandated for no later than
december
& probably cant happen sooner in any case
could easily be coopted by the santa cruz independence
referendum
which i have confirmed is scheduled for august 12

the main brake on the estimated odds now is the chance
that a number of other countries could still fall
apart sooner than bolivia
& thus
that some still unforeseeable dark horse tripoint
candidates could overtake the favorites in the home
stretch
