news report
http://www.kuenselonline.com/article.php?sid=5592
appears to indicate bhutan is pressing india for
demarcation of the btcnine tripoint
which evidently remains among the last few unmarked
stretches of btin anywhere east of sikkim

i am only guessing that the mentioned sakteng & tawang
sectors refer to the part of the btin border shown
here nearest sakti & twang shyo
http://multimap.com/map/browse.cgi?client=public&X=10275000&Y=3200000&width=500&height=300&gride=&gridn=&srec=0&coordsys=mercator&db=w3&addr1=&addr2=&addr3=&pc=&advanced=&local=&localinfosel=&kw=&inmap=&table=&ovtype=&zm=0&scale=1000000&left.x=5&left.y=94
but in any case
the article appears to indicate that there is still no
demarcation in the immediate triarea
which is shown here at center
with bhutan being at left & china at upper right
as you can see if you zoom way out

the cnin convergent shown there is the defacto mcmahon
line
http://www.lib.utexas.edu/maps/middle_east_and_asia/china_india_e_border_88.jpg
but china & india are inching toward agreeing to it
also

btcnine was last tried in
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/BoundaryPoint/message/15104
where it was incorrectly called btchine
& where the btcn convergent was last reported making
slow progress too
