Do you know that there is a small french territory on this island : the <br/>
Napoleon&#39;s house and the garden. It was given for present to France. A <br/>
French consul lives all the year. I read that him and his father live on St <br/>
helena since a long time and that they are fascinated by the Napoleon&#39;s <br/>
History.<br/>

So it is an enclave !!!<br/>
