presumably you mean cninnpe rather than cninnpw
so the answer is yes & no
for it is evidently fixed only insofar as cnnp is concerned
& is still unmarked even bilaterally by china & nepal
nor have we ever seen any hard data for the innp & cnin convergents
or in other words
for the former nepal sikkim & the former china sikkim borders
tho they are indicated clearly & plausibly enough by your map
apart from its conspicuous omission of the name of jongsang peak
the nominal tripoint location

& to the extent that it has been fixed at that location
this was effectively done when china first recognized sikkim as part of india
on the internet in october 2003
as reported in message 11923 in real time tho the link has since died
& as reflected & enlarged upon in messages 11924 & 13192 & 13720

i have to wonder tho why you dont rather ask about btcninw in this connection
which was similarly affected by the same recognition
& which is also shown on your map
but which is evidently far more problematic than cninnpe
& for which there is a clear disagreement between your map & the data given in the
following article regarding the pass at jelep la
http://www.flonnet.com/fl2014/stories/20030718005201800.htm
& which i havent yet been able to resolve
