boundary expert emeritus in officio at the old new<br/>
castle county court house museum<br/>
who admitted he already has a half written book in<br/>
manuscript about this topic<br/>
so i proceeded to ask him my 2 burning questions<br/>

first <br/>
regarding the undermeasurement of the radius of the<br/>
lower denj arc ordered by the supreme court in the<br/>
1930s <br/>
he confessed he had been unaware of it <br/>
& was indeed astonished as well as fascinated to learn<br/>
of it<br/>
& would get back to me asap with whatever he finds out<br/>
about it & its causes<br/>
allowing as it might set his otherwise comprehensive<br/>
project back by at least a couple of years<br/>
since he cant just ignore it<br/>

& tho i then hesitated to even follow thru with the<br/>
second question<br/>
regarding the mystery of the pivotal yet forgotten<br/>
letitia penn rock <br/>
which i recently posted a pic of here<br/>
he claimed to be vaguely aware of it<br/>
tho not personally familiar with it<br/>
never having visited nor even seen a photo of it<br/>
& could not account for its origin or circumstances<br/>
either<br/>
& would likewise get back to me etc etc<br/>

happily i was at least able to answer a few of his<br/>
questions tho<br/>

which however leaves me with not even a plan for<br/>
further investigation of the lower denj arc<br/>
& only the thin hope for the letitia rock of somehow<br/>
getting lucky at one of the kennett or pennsboro<br/>
libraries or historical societies<br/>
