it is the only known surviving tripoint marker on the<br/>
delaware circle<br/>
standing tall in fact at us2depa3chne4chkepe<br/>
aka<br/>
the point where the christiana hundred municipality <br/>
of new castle county delaware <br/>
meets the kennett & pennsbury township municipalities <br/>
of chester county pennsylvania<br/>

yet it is uniquely & conspicuously missing from the<br/>
official delaware boundary marker data base<br/>
& this despite also marking a multi significant<br/>
position in delaware boundary history <br/>
namely<br/>
the only tangent point of 2 different arcs <br/>
& also <br/>
the tip of the horn<br/>
as diagrammed in the second attachment<br/>
a geometric nonidentical siamese twin of the wedge <br/>
that delaware actually did lose some time between 1850<br/>
& 1921 <br/>
thanx to graham<br/>
& thus too<br/>
a sort of counterfoil to the 1850pseudodemdpa1921<br/>
tripoint<br/>
located at the opposite extremity of grahams folly<br/>
which nearly also cost delaware the wedge as well<br/>
<br/>

the barely legible hand chiseled inscription on the<br/>
rough hewn rock seems to say<br/>
<br/>
this stone marks the site of the old hickory tree on<br/>
the delaware pennsylvania boundary of 1701<br/>
also a point in the east line of the manor created by<br/>
wm penn & deeded to his daughter letitia<br/>
<br/>
<br/>
<br/>
& will be phoning our newfound circle expert today<br/>
under the cupola at the old new castle county<br/>
courthouse<br/>
with my questions about this rock <br/>
& of course also about the placement of the lower denj<br/>
arc <br/>
