let me just add some miscellaneous highlights<br/>

first <br/>
that i xeroxed the entire 90 pages of the special masters report<br/>
since it was so interesting<br/>
& will flash it when i can<br/>
<br/>
second<br/>
that the undermeasurement & denj arc as we know it appears to have been <br/>
a product of the 1905 &or 1907 denj compacts<br/>
on which the special master based his recommendation<br/>
which was accepted by the court<br/>
<br/>
the quest for which has supplanted the other 3 reasons i am here<br/>
