message titles in Yahoo now.  I vote for going back to the former.<br/>

I just learned from the German Water and Shipping Directorate (SW)<br/>
that the Saar river that forms the border between Germany and France<br/>
is jointly administered by the two governments.  This applies to the<br/>
section between Saargemünd und Güdingen only.  The treaty governing<br/>
this does not form a condominium as at the D-L border further north.  <br/>
