Off course it its a real border marker. DB is Deutchland/Bayern.
 
I don't remember any markers in Baarle. Only the symbolic one on the square.
 
Do you have a photo of the divided chapel markers?

About anywhere else:

Off course we know the semi-official markers in Baarle.

And last 13 March we had a (Dutch) border friends meeting. We visited the BE/NL divided chapel of the monastery Achelse Kluis.

In de walls are little white markers; do they count?

Enclosed an indoor border marker on CZDE at the divided railway station at Bayerisch Eisenstein.
