Yes. It will say Bangladesh on the other side, and presumably be numbered. There will probably be stones painted white with a number and an arrow in black next to the nearest road to indicate where the pillars are (see photo in my Cooch Behar book).
The pillars around the Dahagram-Angarpota enclave arel ike the one in this Tripura photo too. The boundary fence will be 150 yards behind the boundary on the Indian side.
