which basically reported all the major boundary developments of 2003<br/>
with some promise of becoming an annual publication of geopolitics <br/>
magazine<br/>

the specific news for bwnazmzw not previously reported here is that <br/>
botswana & zambia had been persistently refuting the notion of the <br/>
quadripoint & had been claiming that they actually share a 200 meter <br/>
border in the zambezi river<br/>
& that zimbabwe had been advocating the existence of the quadripoint <br/>
& had been disputing the idea that botswana & zambia share a boundary <br/>
other than that point itself<br/>

& it was evidently this position that zimbabwe has agreed to drop<br/>
so that the bwzm bridge construction can now move forward<br/>
<br/>
but other than in these reported diplomatic positions<br/>
there was no actual clarification of the boundaries</div>
