lake. If the adjacent Swiss canton now expands into the lake - as has<br/>
happened - and if D does not protest, King Marduk can claim the new<br/>
territory for himself.<br/>
This as the question is concerned where the border actually is.<br/>

If there is doubt remaining a lawyer could also argue that Lake Constance<br/>
truly isn&#39;t a lake at all, but only an &quot;enlargement&quot; of the River Rhine. So<br/>
any CH - D agreement that says something about the border running midstream<br/>
or on either bank may be extrapolated to Lake Constance and used/interpreted<br/>
likewise. And as this is concerned it has something to do with the position<br/>
of the A - CH - D tripoint.<br/>
