have already visited both dimples of the rogue mouth & of course
crossed the first bridge too
but this the only library in many miles will be closing in moments
indeed til monday afternoon
so dont expect much more for awhile
& i will just report my initial successes now in scrambling out to
sea in fact along the tops of both huge harbor jetties
til i was overlooking the surf on both sides of me in the cases of
both of these artificially extended banks successively
& wondering exactly where to stop too
since this was no longer really even the river mouth any more
but just piles of difficult rocks stacked upon the ocean for many
more hundreds of yards than i cared to go

so right there was already my first real moment of truth
asking me what to do now for the most golden probability
until i was finally hit with spray in the face & slippery footing
obviating any need to go farther or take any further action for that
matter to officially moisten the start of the shower climb

but i will repair to a bar to celebrate as soon as i post this
