its about a book from 1929, where Nuntius Pacelli published the complete
Lateran treaty with all maps, signed by Mussolini. The writer of the mail
states, that the treaty did not give the legal base for creating a new
state/Nation.
He also doubts, that the shown signature of Mussolini is really
from Mussolini. Following this two "facts" he proclaims the Vatican as
being nomans land, that can be claimed by everyone, who wants - and he is
doing!

I never met him and believe, its a pseudonym, but his arguments (in case of
Verenahof,...) are plausible and
he has very special knowledge about relevant treaties (he told me
about more than 20.000 hours work about reading treaties,...).
He renamed his United Kingdom into "Kingdom of Marduk" (to be exact one of
the Kingdoms gave parts as a gift to the other). You can find some postings from

He really tries to realize the Kingdom and offered all the facts to the
United Nations to indicate his claims. He says, no one needs permission, the
receipt of the notification is the only important paper, one need to get the
evidence, that the united nations took notice of the occupation.
We will see, how things develop...
