Reported from elsewhere

On 2 November 2004, both Reuters (out of Lusaka) and the South African Broadcasting Corporation (www.sabcnews.com/Article/PrintWholeStory/0,2160,911192,00.html) carried a report that Zambia and Zimbabwe have resolved their "border dispute," which stalled the proposed bridge over the Zambezi that would link Botswana and Zambia.  [Brownlie discusses the basis for the dispute in African Boundaries, pp. 1099-1107.]

The news stories give no details.
