Saudi-Iraq boundary segment goes from the former<br/>
Saudi-Iraqi-Neutral West tripoint?  Or could it be off<br/>
the former tripoint like the Eastern terminus which<br/>
hits the former Saudi-Neutral border (and misses the<br/>
Saudi-Iraqi-Neutral East tripoint)?<br/>
