the access route thru the cemetery is completely paved <br/>
& quite smooth now <br/>
so you can really fly thru there like never before<br/>
<br/>
& the tripoint is not only dry again but fully peninsular too<br/>
& standing at least 4 or 5 feet above a very slack delaware river<br/>
<br/>
so there is reason to hope & even expect that the potomac will be <br/>
rather low again too <br/>
notwithstanding all the recent hurricanes etc in this region<br/>
<br/>
& all the lower with a few more dry days coming ahead<br/>
by the time i get there<br/>

probably not in time for the usgs gala in reston tomorrow tho<br/>
in case anyone was still planning to rendezvous there</div>
