Looking up BENL I found this to my surprise:

encompress what been previously an exclave, Baarle Hertog in Belgium. From the
former exclave...."
To my knowledge it was the opposite that happened,
a confirmation of the borders...?
Well, Mr. Anderson also calls ATCHDE a tripoint and fails to mention DELU as a
condominium.
He leaves out Vennbahn on BEDE and Jungholz on
ATDE.
Further he only mentions 1+2 enclaves at
AMAZ.
