I had the chance to look through Ewan Anderson's book International boundaries today (http://tinyurl.com/5x8jc)

Looking up BENL I found this to my surprise: "...the boundary makes a further series of loops, utilizing short lengths of tributary including an adjustment (1995) to encompress what been previously an exclave, Baarle Hertog in Belgium. From the former exclave...."

To my knowledge it was the opposite that happened, a confirmation of the borders...?

Well, Mr. Anderson also calls ATCHDE a tripoint and fails to mention DELU as a condominium.

He leaves out Vennbahn on BEDE and Jungholz on ATDE.

Further he only mentions 1+2 enclaves at AMAZ.
