Thanks. This is very interesting. I have sent the URL to my Mexican railway
group.

The web site of the Pacific Southwest Railway Museum, which runs tourist trains
from their museum at Campo, California, to the brewery at Tecate, Baja
California, says, "It is anticipated that the line will be repaired and reopened
before the next scheduled Tecate trip on October 16, 2004." A trip on September
18 was cancelled.
