<div id="ygrps-yiv-1073901541">Yes, we&#39;ve seen these steel tower boundary markers (like the one in the<br/>
background) before along the limits of Chile.  The post for the sign in the<br/>
foreground is made of a railway rail, so it is undoubtedly the boundary sign<br/>
along the railway mentioned in the text.  It highly resembles the railway<br/>
kilometer posts along the railways in Mexico.  The photo is taken from an<br/>
elevated position, perhaps on a railway car or a railway fill.<br/>
