<div id="ygrps-yiv-1014686174">As i recall the pin was in the center of the road  and centered on <br/>
the tower.  Also, in 1991 there was a tall pole supported by guy <br/>
wires marking the pin.  I&#39;ve got a slide of that and will dig it out <br/>
and have a print made so i can scan and send it to you. <br/>
