has at least learned since message 14099 that east timor does <br/>
indeed have a continental shelf too <br/>
just like oz<br/>

median line under the geologic conditions that obtain in the <br/>
timor gap<br/>

but can anyone answer this seemingly simple question<br/>

what is the legal truth or spec there if any<br/>
at least hypothetically<br/>
if not by precedent<br/>

is it a median line between coastal base lines<br/>
or<br/>
a median line between continental shelves<br/>
or<br/>
no median line called for at all but just some political settlement<br/>
or<br/>
exactly what is supposed to be the default reality here anyway</div>
