It&#39;s some sort of comprimise between a circle and<br/>
a triangle (looking from above), or, to put it<br/>
differently, a triangle with rounded corners. The<br/>
shape shows fairly well on the pix. the tringle<br/>
sides have country names, obviously.<br/>
It is ordinary concrete, worn at some places more than<br/>
at others, from rain, wind and tourists, I suppose.<br/>
And painted yellow here and there.<br/>
