if i could add the dcmd&arfa alignment to this pic<br/>
i would draw it fat to reflect the lingering<br/>
uncertainty<br/>
so it would be a stripe or a zone rather than a line<br/>
but it would be roughly centered between the vertical<br/>
montage seam & the left edge of the frame<br/>

in other words<br/>
the tall rock in the foreground is surely in maryland<br/>
& <br/>
dc is surely in frame at lower left<br/>
at least on the far bank <br/>
& possibly on the near bank too<br/>

but maybe someone can do better <br/>
