Anyone who uses services such as Tinyurl should always
provide the full URL as well. The problem with using
things such as Tinyurl is that you can't see the URL,
therefore the reader doesn't get all the information,
such as whether or not it's a website they are already
familiar with, etc. Including long URLs in angle brackets
like <http://some.long.url/> will allow some programs
to treat wrapped lines as one long line.
