Just an amazing number of exceptionally obviously ridiculous
misstatements of geographical and political "facts":
Spratlys 70 km north of Hong Kong???????
Next paragraph, mixing up Spratlys and Pratas????????
No concept of long-standing military occupation by other
countries?????????

Nonetheless, assuming that at least the first sentence is correct,
this draft national land planning law does not specify Wu ch-iu yu
(spelling?), which I have often seen portrayed as a tiny island
group occupied by Taiwan, roughly midway between Kinmen and Matsu,
fairly close to the mainland China coast?

Any information on this?
