Subject: AT-DE divided mine - deepest boundary marker?<br/>

It is hard to tell if there is a marker here.  The<br/>
photographer put a white line indicating where he<br/>
thought the border was.  Perhaps it is truly marked by<br/>
the black (or blue), white, and red striping on the<br/>
wall.  Is this the deepest point underground of a<br/>
marked border?  <br/>
And also what about the boundary marker (or marked<br/>
boundary point) with lowest elevation with regard to<br/>
sea level (be it above or below ground)?  <br/>
Also DE-CZ has a mine border underground too.  <br/>
