It's always nice to bring up old topics, especially with the new people
joining the group.

The Märket map site had moved, but I was lucky to find it again:
http://www.histdoc.net/historia/se/market.html.

Once again people went to Märket, but did not bring home a closeup of the
border markers. On there should however been marker 6 and 7, they are
hard to spot. Anbody see them? There is sort of a small dot where 7 could
be.

This http://www.gwardak.com/al_mf09.jpg cannot be anything, maybe 6?

No 6 should be here as well: http://www.mistra.se/oj0/html/2001/02_jpg.htm

Market Reef
This is hard to reach rocky island long 340 meter and 80 m. wide. It lies
lonely on Aland Sea, about 13 miles from Eckerö. It makes western most point
of Aland island, and therefore all Finland. Along centre of island goes
border between Sweden and Finland /.../ Lighthouse built 1885, automatized
in 1976, 16,8 meters high, inside are 80 stairs. /.../ In 1982 national
border was corrected - it's shape looks like letter "Z". All buildings are
in Finland now. Earlier lamplighter slept on finnish side, and ate breakfast
in Sweden. When the wind is 15 mps island is flood by sea. /.../ When
circumstances are propitious, there are organized trips to island by motor
boat. excursion prise is Euro 450, watching seals included. See also: map,
island sketch, lighthouse schema.
