i actually got a phonecall friday here in connecticut from a <br/>
collection agency representing an otherwise completely <br/>
improvident & insolvent california government that is trying to <br/>
blackmail me into paying my recent but already highly <br/>
aggravated seatbelt violation fines & penalties <br/>
if i expect to forestall their attaching my assets & connecticut <br/>
drivers license <br/>
hahaha<br/>
yet both that law & that government are in clear violation of me<br/>
even if i claim so little as 3 nautical inches of personal space<br/>
let alone my unalienable divine right to liberty <br/>
hahaha<br/>
go figure dat<br/>
