hi michael,
i'm aware of the more or less historic aspect of this karabakh region,
but for me not only enclaves, that exist today, are of interest, but also situations from 1945 until today.
i also think and hope, that i'm not to offtopic for boundary point in that subject.
regards, chris

time for a reality check

all these supposed claves are long since history
if anything at all
& the whole situation is going nowhere fast

not even back to wasting away in margaritaville
tho clearly the key west interlude was their finest happy hour

for a fresh political report
