Drab lavs GNI supports, I believe, Ile Bistro pp using
Svalbard.

Meaning the portion of Norway's Gross National Income
generated by study of the 12nm marine conservation
zone is, in my opinion, a cause of Svalbard's main
French island-bistro having enough money to construct
bathrooms and a sewer system. This sewer system uses
Svalbard land to route the conents to the ocean.

This, of course, may be the reason our marine cadet
(sent to study the waters in the 12 nm zone) could
have confused these waters for lavatories in the first
place.
