of course the code for Czechoslovakia, which although gone, is certainly <br/>
not forgotten in various sectors (e.g. IT and libraries). Whilst obsolete <br/>
codes are usually reserved for at least five years, the current thinking is <br/>
that this period should be much longer.<br/>
