many a strange names and their origins. The book "All
Over The Map" and its sequels also collect names in
subjects, among them a few strange ones.
I was looking for the town of Fucking online, but
ended up finding Wildshut and Franking before at last
finding Fucking.
I went to Hershey Park a few weeks ago and on the way,
I stopped by an amish village. They had a few signs,
so I tried finding it on a map. WIthin a few square
mile area, there is Beaver Creek and Bird in Hand.
There is also Intercourse which can take you to
Paradise if you are willing to take a turn. There
were two other places even stranger which I don't
remember the names of. Makes you wonder about the
Amish, doesn't it.
