<div id="ygrps-yiv-1943413449">Thanks to Jack Parsell for a great response.  He mentioned compiling a list <br/>
of county quadripoints, both intra and interstate.  During my ramblings in <br/>
Pennnsylvania doing county highpoints, I visited what I believe is the only county <br/>
quadripoint in the state, namely at the junction of Elk, Forest, McKean, and <br/>
Warren Counties.  There is a very substantial monument at the point, that has <br/>
got to be one of the finest monuments specifically erected to mark such a <br/>
point.  Here&#39;s a copy of my trip report.<br/>

PA Four Corners (Elk-Forest-McKean-Warren)<br/>

Turn off PA 948 into Brookston.  Stay on main road and keep going.  After <br/>
about one mile, it becomes dirt Forest Road #443, which climbs steadily to the <br/>
top.  Park at 2.0 miles where the road crosses under the power line.  Hike <br/>
downhill on the right-of-way and look for the monument on the right side, about <br/>
125&#39; lower in elevation.  Monument is four feet high, of grey stone, with county <br/>
name inscribed on appropriate side, and the date 1902 inscribed on top. <br/>
