<div id="ygrps-yiv-1968943649">I was checking out a map site of Kwazulu-Natal (the<br/>
one that is on my link site) and found out what looks<br/>
like a fragment on the western side being the<br/>
westernmost point in the province.  This is not on my<br/>
page as of now.  I was wondering if anybody has access<br/>
to detailed map of South Africa to show whether this<br/>
enclave exist or if it is just a cartographical<br/>
mistake.<br/>
By the way, I have no idea whether the Bangladeshi<br/>
distrcts or the federal government is in charge of the<br/>
sea water.  However, the country claims its<br/>
territorial sea from a baseline as the coastline is<br/>
not very smooth.  It is quite likely that the seawater<br/>
within the baseline belongs to the district.  As I<br/>
tend not to trust cartographical boundaries and I have<br/>
not bothered asking the government any questions, I<br/>
will sit on the fence for now.<br/>
