this is more properly still merely a negotiation in which the
parties have disagreed over how they will disagree
that is
until either singapore or the court acknowledges that it is as
proper a dispute as malaysia would make it
differences & disagreements arent quite the same as disputes
but in ordinary language disputes also tend to involve at least a
hint of intransigence &or animosity
so perhaps the threshold has actually been reached in this case
however
& happily again
no polyfinia are involved
