the northern rhodesia & south africa boundary commission & mentioned in <br/>
international boundary study number 123 actually indicates a series of <br/>
precisely plotted points<br/>

then can anyone say whether the 1933 exchange of notes between these parties <br/>
actually shifted the boundary delineation from the living thalweg onto & <br/>
amongst these plotted points<br/>
or conversely whether todays nazm boundary should be presumed not to have <br/>
been so redelineated at that time<br/>
but rather to have continued evolving up to the present<br/>
as originally defined<br/>
along the living thalweg of the zambezi<br/>
as far as the thalweg or center of the main channel of the chobe<br/>
<br/>
& if the map does indeed indicate & the notes did indeed legally establish <br/>
the series of plotted points<br/>
then the geoposition indicated for the terminal point or thalweg junction at <br/>
that time would be of great interest to me in case you just happen to have <br/>
