email delivery<br/>
it seems we have either multiplied dougs potential audience<br/>
or we have a multitude of ghost & duplicate memberships<br/>
or perhaps most likely some combination of these probabilities<br/>

but i would appreciate hearing from members whose receipt of <br/>
this photo was either enabled or accelerated or otherwise <br/>
improved by our new enhanced bankshot delivery system<br/>
<br/>
& any opinions as to whether we should install this new feature <br/>
permanently on principle <br/>
or just use it very judiciously & sparingly of our exertions & photo <br/>
storage capacity <br/>
etc<br/>
