well considering that we dont know what datum any of these
longitudes are expressed in
they could vary from one another by as much as a full second or
even more without actually disagreeing
but here they are anyway
trusting you wont make too much of all this spurious accuracy
&or spurious inaccuracy

for gtmx marker 107 aka vertice aguas turbias aka old bzgtmx
mexican value 89d 09m 07s03521
american value 89d 09m 06s749

& for new bzgtmx approx 200m to the east of the old one
derived from the longitude of the bzgt turnpoint at garbutts falls
belizean value 89d 09m 00s283

so your nuevo put longitude is a much closer match for the old
bzgtmx than for the new bzgtmx
but is still only a near coincidence at best
& without any evident historical or consequential connection
