Not enclaves, but two small parts of Michigan that are accessible by
land only from Ohio:

If that URL doesn't appear as a link, this is the "Oregon" quad among
Topozone's Ohio quads. The two peninsulas directly under the words
ERIE STATE GAME AREA and above the dashed boundary line are part of
Michigan, but the only roads leading to them go through Ohio.

This boundary was determined following the 1835 border "war" between
Ohio and Michigan Territory (MI did not become a state until 1837).
MI received its upper peninsula and ceded a strip of land south of
the current border that includes the present day city of Toledo.
